I chose to use Amanda to list my house after meeting multiple other agents in the area. I found her to be the most genuine and not pushy/salesy at all. She took the time go over all the comparables with me and even recommend small and cheap improvements i could make to maximize my sale price before i list. Additionally, she staged my house for free! (and it looked amazing!!!) Other agents offered to have a staging consultant come in but it was going to cost $2500+. i would definitely recommend Amanda!
