Thanks to Amr we are proud owners of a detached house we are calling our new home. A house which after seeing we all agreed on "This house is beyond our budget". Our experience with bidding wars was frustrating and we convinced it would not lead to a successful deal if we given the offer on this house. Fortunately for us, Amr patiently suggested us to still try and send the offer and to see what happens. After hours and hours of waiting for us and same hours and hours of hard work and negotiations, we have our first family home. All Thanks to Amr and his professional skills and gut feeling.
