Andrew Cole is an experienced knowledgeable realtor. However, on more than one occasion we were in need of speaking to him to discuss time-sensitive strategy due to incoming an offer on either a weekend or holiday and he would not take our phone calls. Although he would answer a text message, he would not take a telephone call. For us, in view of the commission we would be paying him, this was simply unacceptable. Our expectation and understanding from the outset was that to earn the commission, this would likely mean having to work on a weekend or holiday when required.
