Aud was amazing. With my dad having gone into long term care, the house needed to be sold and nothing had been changed or replaced for 30 years. After a great discussion with Aud, he was able to provide advice to maximize sale price with a list of updates. Afterwords, I was surprised that he went back to office that day and "went shopping". He found everything that was required at sale prices. All I had to do was go to the links and order - lights, flooring, mirrors, etc. It made it very easy. He is very communicative. He asks questions when he needs to and carefully listen to you response. He is very quick to respond to any questions I had. During the entire renovation process (4 months!), he was continually checking in and stopping by to see how things were going. I would go with Aud again in a heart beat. Best agent I have ever dealt with!
