Billy was great. Super personable, easy to talk to, and confident. Showed me the house we ended up choosing, and was just as enthusiastic as we were. He had the information in hand when we were looking at the place, and was quick to provide answers when questions were asked. Quick to correspond via text/email, and continues to follow up after the transaction has completed. Definitely would recommend.
