Working with Cal was great!  He helped me list and sell my place while I was living in a different city, all within a short timeframe.  He was very informative and helpful with any questions or concerns I had.  The whole transaction was smooth from start to finish.  Cal also went above and beyond with helping out the tenants, he was very respectful of their time and space.  I would definitely recommend and use Cal again for my next home purchase.
