Mr. Carl Jenkins MARLA doesn't act in good faith when it comes to renting. When I moved out of the property my flatmates and I spent 3 days cleaning the flat, before being strongly advised to hire a professional cleaning company recommended by the agent (that cost us an extra £235 for an already cleaned flat). When we left the flat, it was shiny as it has never been (pictures in and out can be compared), but this agent refused to pay back our deposit (even 1.5 month after exit).
