Absolutely the best! We have used a realtor in the past while buying a house, and have heard of the experiences of our parents and friends with other realtors and Chad truly goes above and beyond. I don’t know many realtors out there that actually have your best interest at heart, but Chad certainly does. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, and if he doesn’t know something he researches and gets answers promptly. He’s very friendly and approachable. I honestly have nothing but good things to say.
