It all started when a home came up for sale that nicely matched what our family had been waiting for a long time. We decided to pursue it with Chris and Rochelle, but also had to sell our home to make it happen. It was November in a high interest market - an intimidating market scenario especially when you have to navigate both ends of the transaction to make it happen. Chris and his team really put in the time and showed their expertise and work ethic, skillfully negotiated with the other parties and we ended up with two transactions we were satisfied with and we cant wait to move in!
