Chris represented the seller while I was the buyer with my own representation during the purchase of my first home. Chris was completely awful to deal with and very unprofessional. Making any requests as the buyer was like pulling teeth and almost impossible without some resistance, hostility and legal judo from Chris. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere, even if it means paying full brokerage fees, because this has been a nightmare for a first home purchase. If I could give zero stars I would. I will be talking to the CREA about this experience.
