Chris was fantastic! He sticks up for his clients and protects them! He made sure to include terms in the offer brought to us by the buyers agent so that we were protected against future legal issues and to ensure the buyer couldn't easily walk away from the deal. The buyers agent brought us a ridiculous low ball ball offer and instead of trying to push us to make a deal like many agents, Chris fought for us and got the buyer and his agent to FULL PRICE!
