Claire is extremely professional, courteous and kind. The buyers wanted to back out of our transaction one week before closing and Claire kept me calm and optimistic throughout. She did not flinch - she did not want me to get overwhelmed and stressed and she was right - everything worked out. During the search of title portion, there was a problem with our laneway access, but Claire knew the law and settled me down about it was well. I would highly recommend her as she is very knowledgeable and, most importantly, she is very trustworthy.
