Having had to place my widowed mother in an assisted-living home earlier this year, I decided to sell her townhouse to help finance her stay. My wife reminded me that she had found a business card and note from Cody in my mother's letterbox, so we contacted him and Cody responded right away. We had a phone meeting and I let Cody know the state of things. I must admit that I went into this with a lot of anxiety given that the house needed work and clearing out, but when we met a few days later Cody offered sound advice on dealing with all of that and this put me very much at ease. He also suggested selling right away as the housing markets were set to change for the worse the following week. It turned out that he was absolutely correct. Three days later the best offer was accepted. We ended up getting more than expected for the house, and we still had a few weeks to put things in order. All that being said, I would highly recommend Cody. His advice was most helpful and his knowledge of the market was sound. He also made a considerable effort to get the house sold so quickly for the best price.
