Its interesting how volunteering for the Sun Peaks Alpine Club led to my meeting Daimion Applegath (another volunteer for the Club) and then subsequently selling one property and then purchasing another. First and foremost Daimion is knowledgeable in his industry, and it was evident from the first time we discussed the purchase of a seasonal residence. Daimion advised my wife and I that he knew of a few parties that were interested in our property. Of course you think that statement might be part of a sales pitch, but it was not. Within 24 hours of our listing, Daimion brought us a buyer, and was our first showing. Within five days we had many showings, and on Day 6 we were presented with an offer from the buyer that Daimion had brought to our first showing. The communication was excellent, the transaction was smooth, and we could not have been happier with the process or outcome. We have found our Realtor that we will be using for all of our future real estate transactions.
