When I think of a realtor, I think of a condescending guy in a suit that will do what they think is best regardless of the client's wishes. Thankfully, Dimitra is the exact opposite. From the first meeting, she was warm, friendly, and realistic - advising on various courses of action for selling my property. Even though my condo was renovated within the last 2 years, she took the time out of her busy schedule to come help me get it prepped and ready for sale, spending at least 24 hours painting, caulking, cleaning, and fixing things with me. I admire her knowledge of basic household repairs and the fact that she was willing to teach me what she knew. Throughout the whole sales process, she was extremely quick to respond to all my questions and kept me updated with everything going on behind the scenes. I happened to sell at a very unfortunate time in the year, but am so happy she was able to get me the best price possible in a dormant market. I cannot recommend Dimitra enough - her care for her clients shines through in everything she does, and you and your home will be in the best hands. 10/5 stars⭐️
