There were special challenges with us not living in Kamloops, Ellie went above and beyond for us obtaining price estimates on flooring materials and contractors, going to Home Depot, dealing with contractors and tenants etc. Ellie also did a spectacular job with the negotiation as our sale price was above our bottom line.
