It’s my husband and I’s fifth house and Eric was by far our best realtor. He made himself available whenever we needed him, he was very responsive to our calls and text messages, and he was extremely helpful in helping us find a home that met all of our needs. If you are looking for a realtor with a strong sense of integrity and with strong communication skills, Eric is your person. He did a fantastic job at advocating for us as his clients and he went over and beyond his normal duties of a realtor. For example, in a time sensitive situation, due of the time zone difference between NB and our previous residence, he took the situation upon himself and called multiple service providers as to ensure everything was taken care of. I have never experienced this type of service with any realtors I’ve worked with in the past. From the onset, it was very clear to us that Eric is very knowledgeable in his job, he cares for his clients and that he has an authentic passion for what he does. On top of all these qualities, Eric is a kind and pleasant person to interact with. I highly recommend his services, you won’t be disappointed!
