I am glad that I took help from Harpreet Singh when i was looking for a bigger house. For this house , I had given up but he continued offline and kept an eye. When house was again available, he asked me whether I am still interested or not and after positive response from me , we put an offer on 2nd day and he managed to secure it. When we look for primary residence and we cannot sacrifice on anything. I got what I wanted. I have heard from many friends that they do not want to work with same realtor with whom they managed to get house and this is due to some unsatisfactory service.
