Incredible team! We spent a little over 4 years searching for a house, with very specific requirements. During that whole time Ian Brown never once made us feel like we were too picky or wasting his time. Instead he encouraged us when we were losing hope of ever finding a suitable home with, “Don’t worry, we’ll find it”. He is very knowledgeable about building codes and able to point out flaws with the buildings we looked at, and alert us to concerns that might prove difficult when renovating. What we found helpful was his ability to honestly describe which problems were serious and which were just unusual or unorthodox, but not ‘show stoppers’. This helped us make decisions to proceed or not.  Silvia Brown provided valuable insights on staging or old home prior to selling. This resulted in the house selling well above market for similar houses in our area. I cannot think of what Team Realty could have done better to improve our experience with them over so many years.
