There are a lot of realtors to choose from in Ottawa.  Every day there are advertisements in our mailbox from realtors wanting our business.  It's a gamble choosing the right person who is going to have your best interests at heart.  Jason's profile said that "he will be there every step of the way".  We just had a feeling when we called him on the phone and we had called a few prospects before him.  We contacted him 6 months before we were going to sell.  He kept us informed of the market and promptly replied to our emails phone calls and concerns .  In todays busy world, its hard to find someone dedicated to doing the best job possible.  He definitely exceeded our expectations.  Thank you for making this a very positive experience.
