This property was and still is subject to a 66 foot wide right of way that abuts the rear door of this property.  Ms. Turcotte neglected to disclose this fact to the buyers.  How do I know?  My property (and others on Murphy Road) are the dominant property abutting this right of way.  I hold all legal documents attesting to this fact.  This right of way has been together with (dominant T/W)  my property for over 50 years.  When I confronted Ms. Turcotte (once during closure), her response was to "quit harassing me".  Ms. Turcotte. I am not going away.  No matter how long it takes you will be held accountable for taking advantage of young military families with non-disclosure and shady deals.  There are others, including the owner/manager of  the Petawawa Golf Club who have been scammed by this realtor.  Shame on you.
