JoAnn is very knowledgeable, understands her clients needs and is very kind with our animals & children. She knows we live in our home and makes the experience as stress free as possible. JoAnn is an animal activist & she sees a lot of abuse. Her heart is in the right place, that we know from years of dealing with her.
