My experience with Joanne Laphan was nothing short of excellent!! She has been by far the most helpful and accommodating realtor I have EVER worked with. She helped my family find the best home possible in a matter of days. And within a week we were moving in. We moved to the area from Virginia and without her this move would not have been as easy as it was. She went above and beyond to not just meet but exceed all of our wants and needs.
