Joe Belland was recommended to me when I started my search for a new home. I had an idea of what I was looking for in a home - a close walk to downtown, a nice big kitchen, etc. I knew little about the practical nature of buying a new house or the things to look for that would raise or lower the value of a new home and Joe was immensely helpful in finding a house that suited me. He initially guided me away from a house that I had an interest in by explaining the faults in its construction - essentially giving away an easy sale in the hopes that he could find me a home of better quality and more suited to my requirements. He was very helpful and always available which was important to me, and answered all of my many questions. He has detailed knowledge about construction which was very helpful as the house I chose was in the process of being built. His attention to detail on every little aspect of the home and his knowledge of the industry was invaluable. I never felt like he was there to "make the sale" but rather to help me find what I needed in a home. I would recommend him to anyone as someone to trust in the industry to look after your interests first.
