Joe was recommended to me by a friend. He had helped sell her place and buy another. She went on quite a lot about how much fun he was to work with and how I REALLY had to use him, so despite that one of my boyfriend's hockey team buddies was supposedly a great guy, I gave Joe a try. It was an awesome experience! He kind of broke the whole process down in a way that's hard to explain but made it easy to figure out exactly what I needed. This was interesting because I thought I already knew what I wanted – but after we met for coffee and went through a number of places online he broke down styles and properties and Arias and a whole bunch of other things it all kind of became a bit clearer. At the end of it I had some searches going that emailed me houses as they became available. Next thing I knew we were out looking at places, taking breaks for coffee or snacks and after just one day of looking around I had found my house! It's been almost a year now and it's a perfect fit I think. If I had more money maybe we would've gotten something bigger but I love my dressing room!! And she was right, he is pretty fun. It was a big decision but that made it way less stressful!
