Great experience! We had to sell our house after a number of years of family living with two young kids. It was built in the 60’s and kids are pretty rough on things so we were worried about whether the condition would make the house sell for a lower price. We knew Joe from when we bought and were really happy from that experience so called him hoping he could help.
