It’s tough being a buyer in a seller’s market. Once Joel was familiar with our budget and our list of must haves, he steered us into a part of the GTA that we hadn’t considered before. We had been placing offers on several properties and failing, being that there were 10-20 other offers each time. When this particular property was listed, Joel has us go for it immediately.
