We met with Julie while while abroad, and Julie was quickly able to figure out exactly what we wanted in a house, location and life style, which was pretty incredible. We were first time home buyers and Julie helped us with everything including reasonable negotiations. Julie had very good insights as to what needed to be done to the house which was then later confirmed by the inspection report, so there were surprises. I truly believe we could not have had a better realtor for us.
