This journey was not painless, and Kelly made it through for us. We knew from the start that we made the right decision on picking her as our realtor, and the result spoke for itself. Starting with the advice, we received from her on how to better showcase our house. We have done a lot to our house to prepare like a show home. From her years of experience, she even made it even better by advising us on what else to remove, add, or re-arrange. The marketing materials were excellent. The virtual staging exemplified the most significant potential of our house. The virtual tour videos, selection and positioning of pictures, and house description were excellent too. The scheduling of all the showings was reasonable and fair. The negotiation with the buyers was exemplary. We got it conditionally sold on the 2nd day and finalized the sale on the 11th day. The guidance and reassurance she provided were beneficial. Most importantly, she stayed patient and focused during some stressful, grinding, and croaking moments. We appreciate all her help and effort. No matter how quick we had this journey, she reminded us of St Augustine's quote - "Patience is the companion of wisdom." She indeed imparted her experience and wisdom throughout the journey. We had been fortunate to have her helped us in selling our house. We will surely hire her again to sell our other properties.
