My dad recently had a stroke and Kevin took advantage of him and undersold the house. Originally it was listed for just over 270k. Which is still low for the location and property size. And sold it for 230k.
He was specifically instructed, by multiple family members, to run any major decisions by my sister before acting on them. Since neither my Mom nor Dad are in fit condition to do so on their own. He ignored this and sold it with only consulting my Dad.
The biggest kicker is that we were left with just under a month to clear away all my dads clutter from the house. Of which he had ALOT of clutter. I want to stress alot because it took weeks to clean out. And by the final week, after multiple trips to the dump and scrap yard; Kevin had sent people through his office to reappraise the house.
Really frustrated with his lack of morals. One of my Dad’s friends (whom was helping us clean the house) mentioned that he has also been screwed over by Kevin. And here’s the worst part… He’s related to us. If he can do that, stoop so low as to screw over his family. Just imagine what he would do to a stranger.
