Kim’s depth of knowledge about the Hamilton/Niagara area was invaluable. She was patient as we changed our minds on what we were looking for. Then COVID hit and changed things. She rolled with the new requirements and in the end found us exactly what we were looking for based on legwork and talking to locals. Our new house wasn’t even on the market but Kim made it happen.
