We were referred to Krystal for our house search in the London area. Finding a new home in this insane market is no easy feat, but Krystal was endlessly patient with our ups and downs, sometimes inconsistent preferences and decisions (it was a process figuring out what we wanted and needed in our next house), and never pressured us when making decisions.
