Kulwinder Chhina is an excellent agent. He is very knowledgeable, patient and a person with a good heart. I've searched for houses in the past and most agents are pushy and pressure you into making a purchase. However, Kulwinder has been the exact opposite. He has always given us the time and space to make our decision along with really good advice that most people might not have thought of. He never makes you feel like you're wasting his time and in fact encourages you not to purchase until you're completely satisfied. I would recommend Kulwinder to all of my friends and family because it would be worth their while.
