Not a good choice. Took photos with his phone ,even told us a prospective buyer said photos do not do the house Justice. I rewrote the write up , which was totally lacking details . Was forgetful, felt pressured, showed up one time smelling of pot. Felt like we didn’t know if hewas working for us, which he should have been since we pay commission, or the buyer. Felt like itwas all about getting both seller and buyer commission,that’s it. I would NOT recommend using him.
