This was my second time working with Marc for buying a house. Marc set up a portal with houses within the parameters I was looking for very quickly. Marc is very responsive and flexible for scheduling viewings. As we tour the houses, Marc points out areas of concern and important details about the houses that I don't know enough to look for. His guidance and recommendations have been extremely helpful to me. When it came to making an offer, he took a look at comparables for the area for me so I could make an appropriate/informed offer.
