Do NOT recommend--- We recently ended a lease term that Marius helped us secure a year ago with a landlord that is his cousin, nephew or some relative of Marius. He and his relative(landlord) are crooks of sorts. There was some confusion on how the keys were to be left for the end of the lease(we were never told how to do so). So, we left the keys locked inside the unit. It turns out that the landlord(lives in Colorado) had NOT given a key to his Agent, Marius, so he could get back into the unit! What landlord uses an agent(family) and does not leave them a key for the unit?? So, now, they want to charge us for a locksmith and loss of Oct. revenue since they could not get into the unit right away! We could see being charged for the lock-out but no more. It was on them to have a key in place with the agent-Marius. We left the place super clean and better condition than we rec'd the unit at the beginning of our lease. Not very professional and kind of hinky they are.... we even left them extra keys from we had copies made.
