He always found us houses that were in our budget and matched our expectations. We went on many showings and found our new home in Cambridge, Ontario. We love that our new home is close to the highway for easy access. We are very grateful that Mike found a home where there wasn't a bidding war. The sellers were very reasonable and we bought the house for fair price. Mike is a great guy and he even showed up with a home warning gift when we moved in.
