Mohit was transparent and patience; his perseverance was equally stunning as he guided us through each part of the whole process. For example, we went to see a townhome in Milton with Mohit. Although we liked the place in general, Mohit made the point of telling us to listen in for a particular sound - a sound of a train nearby. He mentioned that that might bother us since the train tracks were close to the town-home complex. That level of transparency hit home for us and we will never forget it! These days it's hard to find a real-estate agent like this with a good head over their shoulders and who go the extra mile for their clients. Though we trudged through this massive quagmire of multiple-bids across different cities, with Mohit's perseverance and painstaking efforts, we were able to find our dream home here in Cambridge. We remember week after week driving to places with Mohit and he never once complained or pressured us. He instead gave us his opinion in the usual calm, composed manner like the gentleman he is.
