I recently used Nasar Noorzad for as an agent (just because I was using another agent that works with him.) I did not do my due diligence and research him or I would never have used him as an agent or mortgage broker. This was the most stressful process that we went theough while I was 8 months pregnant. The closing of the property was 2 days before my daughter was due and Nasar cancelled our motgage because he was mad that he though i wrote a bad review about him. In fact I had not even seen any reviews about him up until that point. Im noticing that any positive review on here is written by him. Anyways all in all I do not recomment him as a agent or a broker! I hVe met 3 other families that have used him as both and are all in the same situation as me. He will help you get a mortgage approval and then cancel it to send you to get a private mortgage at a high interest rate to get a commission cut. Also as an agent he has promised many people he would fix things in the homes they are buy only to leave it broken and disappear when the sale is final. Pllleasee do your research and pick an agent that knows how to respond to your emails and helps you with your purchase instead of sabotaging it for personal gain of a few more bucks.
