Norm was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He certainly went above and beyond with his service to ensure that myself and my boyfriend were happy. He met us at times that worked for us to look at homes(which is not easy, as we are both shift workers, explained the entire home buying process to us, which gave us an excellent outlook on how things will fall into place.
