Although our purchase did not happen (yet), Patti went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request. I was very impressed with her knowledge about the property we were looking at, even though there were some unique situations surrounding the listing. Patti also was VERY professional when it came to her possible involvement in both sides of the deal, stressing at multiple times during the showing her responsibilities to both the seller and to us as her clients. In this case the property ended up selling before we were able to act on it, however compared to other agents we have used in the past, we felt that Patti was above reproach when it came to the experience we had, and both of us feel that in the future she will be the best option to represent us in either buying or selling.
