Although, it was our first ever experience to buy a house in Canada, Peggy made it so smooth that we hardly felt any discomfort at all. She helped us to find a house of our dreams and not to overpay for it. We purchased it remotely from another province without ever visiting East coast. However, Peggy's husband Dave made very thorough video viewings of the house and surroundings with all the good, bad and ugly of every listing we were interested in, so we knew exactly what we're buying.
