Peggy and Dave walked through the door and immediately identified the potential features for selling the property. Being a longtime resident of the area and years of experience, she knew exactly the benefits of the location. She was attentive and communicative. She was able to provide recommendations on lawyers, which we were very pleased with. On closing a observation from the original inspection became a problem in the final inspection. Peggy was able to engage an electrician quickly to address the problem so that we could move forward. I would definitely recommend Peggy!
