Pete recently helped me buy my first place. Super easy all the way through. He k ow what he's doing and was fun to work with. Wound up losing a place because the condo documents were awful. So glad I didn't go for that place. I have already recommended Pete to a guy I work with. He also answers his phone and gets stuff done right away. I can't believe how many times I asked him to a see a place and later that day we were there. Great guy to work with for sure.
