I have never had such an unprofessional experience with a Realtor. I was looking at homes with a friend (two young single women) and Ricardo thought this would be a quick sale and we wouldn't know anything about buying a house. He was condescending, did zero research about the properties we went to see and was unable to offer any knowledge other than "this place has carpet" or "these cabinets are green". Simple questions regarding infrastructure and fees he didn't know because he didn't bother to do any research thinking we would be an easy commission. To ice the cake at the end of this horrible experience, he made racist comments about the value of the neighbourhood of some of our listings stating that we wouldn't want to buy here because it was full of minorities and when we called him out on it, stated that because other buyers he had had were racist he assumed we would be looking for the same. All this to say, we will be looking for another Realtor.
