I have moved twice in last +/-15 years and Rosemarie assisted in both selling and buying both times. She is knowledgeable of the market, extremely helpful in preparing the houses for sale, actually arranging trades for minor repairs and in staging prior to listing. She is patient and logical in showing potential new homes in my area of interest and in providing advice on homes with best potential for appreciation. It is very evident that she likes being a realtor, and she is good at it.
