Ruby Sold me her Brothers Home, and everything seemed to be fine at first. It was clear she was an amateur realtor and lacked a bit of professionalism, but no major hiccups until I moved in. Once I moved in to the home I found a number of things we not working. Several of the appliances were not working as they were supposed to be- ie. Microwave, Oven, Air conditioner. Also, there were a number of band-aids to fix problems. When I brought it to Ruby's attention she did nothing to help me. Her and her brokerage lacks integrity and professionalism. Very disappointing with my experience from her.
