Simply put my time with the Broady Windsor Group has been short and sweet. And when selling your home is the goal, short and sweet is good! For a little more background, from the moment I met Scott Broady to see if we were a good fit, the impression he gave was someone who knew his business and knew how to generate results. He had a plan of action, quality suggestions of what the strategy and tactics should be to achieve achieve results, followed by timely execution for each step. From the moment the sign went in the ground, the plan of action was not purely words, but action. As things needed to be done, COL, pre-house inspection, home staging, etc.. Scott and his Client Care Specialist Amanda Di Fulvio had the list of contacts to reach out to who also reacted quickly knowing my requests were happening due to Scott and team’s recommendations. To my surprise, when the sign went in the ground on Wednesday, without even my asking an Open House sign was being affixed to the top for the Sunday, 5 days later. This also being supported by of course photos on Centris, but additionally 360 virtual tour, a live tour of the house with Scott introducing the house live via a walk thru, and drone pics. After the Sunday open house, multiple offers came in with the house being sold by Tuesday - 7 days! Exceptional! Was that just luck? You always need luck. But multiple offers from an exceptional plan of action and execution is skill. My experience with Scott, Amanda and Broady Windsor is something I would recommend to anyone who asks.
