Sean’s own bio is a 24/7 professional, dedicated and driven to excellence in service and quality and he lived up to his own words during the sale of a house I absolutely loved. Sean provided personal attention to detail and mindful preparatory advice in setting expectations on 1) selling a house in a downturn market and 2) a house not just with a pool but also large ponds filled with koi and a self-sustaining garden (that are not only not factored into a sale in any significant way but could be a detriment) and 3) selling a house on the larger lot size in an location that doesn`t command the same price as other streets or locations.
