BEWARE! Having been living in Toronto for 5+ years and having multiple rentals, Shashi Puri is the worst, and most dishonest agent/landlord we have ever had. She has her family as the landlords and herself as the agent. She refused to give us the key deposit money back when we were done with the rental, and was not reachable at all during the entire year that we lived in her property. We feel very cheated by her but it is not worth going to court over a few hundred dollars. Stay away from her.
